ambigram: the.grateful.dead (white)
ambigram: the.grateful.dead (black)
.
The success of this design has got to be the convenient placements/locations of both the 'G' and 'D', enabling a natural separation for the three words.

Love the motion in this ambigram, especially the arc that's formed in the middle of "theGr". I also like how the words are separated, I think that you could take even more advantage of the pair G D making them even bigger and maybe wider that the rest of the letters in the word.

NIce work!

thank you, Homero..

This was actually inspired by both John Langdon's 'The Faithfull Sins' ambigram and your own 'The End' ambigram: especially the first 'T' and the last 'd'.

I think the first ambigram I ever saw was a bumper sticker of this band's name?

I really like your version, it's easy to read and very dynamic. I love the arcs swooping through the first and last 5 letters especially!
