A play on the English idiom 'one swallow doth not a summer maketh' (one swallow does not make a summer). Look again. Perhaps, it does..!

Great concept! ... but it should actually be "make," not "maketh." "Doth not maketh" is ungrammatical in the same way as the modern equivalent "does not makes."
